Weekly Market Overview
The Casablanca Stock Exchange closed Friday with a mixed performance, as most indices continued to trend downwards. The flagship MASI index fell 1.74% to 18,419.21 points, extending its year‑to‑date decline to -2.27%. Over the past week the index posted a loss of 2.81%.

- MASI 20: Down 0.72% to 1,335.72 points, down -10.09% YTD.
Sector Highlights
The mining sector was the main drag on the market. Trading volume on the main board was modest, at 259 million MAD. Managem led the turnover with 96 million MAD, pricing at 14,000 MAD per share – down 8.50%.
SMI fell 9.99%, handling 32 million MAD in trades at 10,612 MAD. Compagnie Minière de Touissit (CMT) recorded 20 million MAD, down 9.98% at 4,680 MAD.
The total market capitalization now stands at roughly 1,057 billion MAD.

Salafin posted the best gain of the session, climbing 3.76% to 482.50 MAD.
