Stroc Industrie Posts 48% Revenue Surge in 2025, Q4 Shows Transition Phase
Stroc Industrie closed 2025 with a robust 48 % year‑on‑year revenue increase, reaching MAD 173.9 million compared with MAD 117.7 million in 2024. The strong annual performance was driven by the completion of several large‑scale projects in the first half of the year. The fourth quarter, however, displayed a slowdown as legacy projects moved to closure and new contracts were still in their start‑up stage. A one‑off technical re‑classification of first‑half revenues added only MAD 1.0 million to Q4, while the company’s net profit remained unaffected. Financial debt edged higher to MAD 219.6 million at year‑end, and no significant capital expenditures were recorded in the final quarter.

Annual Revenue Growth
Stroc Industrie reported a remarkable 48 % increase in total revenue for 2025, rising from MAD 117.7 million in 2024 to MAD 173.9 million by 31 December 2025.
Q4 Performance and Technical Re‑classification
The fourth quarter experienced a slowdown, largely explained by the natural life‑cycle of long‑term projects. After a productive first half, major projects entered their closure stage while new contracts were still being launched.
Q4 revenue was only MAD 1.0 million, a figure that reflects an exceptional technical operation—the re‑classification of first‑half turnover. Following an amendment, Stroc cancelled the invoiced charges and the corresponding revenue, neutralising the original entry without affecting net profitability or the year‑end operating result.
Debt Position
Financial indebtedness rose modestly, reaching MAD 219.6 million at 31 December 2025, compared with MAD 213.8 million at the end of 2024.
Investment Activity
No significant capital investments were undertaken during the fourth quarter of 2025.
