Majorelle Group launches a new private‑investment arm
On 17 April 2026, Majorelle Group disclosed the establishment of Majorelle Private Investments, an independent platform that will provide holistic wealth‑management and asset‑allocation services to high‑net‑worth families, entrepreneurs and private investors.
Leadership appointment
The firm appointed Abderrahman Bennes as Managing Partner. In his new role, Bennes will be responsible for structuring the business, building its team and driving the go‑to‑market strategy.
Service offering
Majorelle Private Investments will deliver bespoke, independent advice across both listed and unlisted markets. Its offering is organised around three pillars:
- Patrimonial engineering & governance – designing family‑office structures and succession plans.
- Open‑architecture investment advisory – selecting products from a wide universe without proprietary bias.
- Investment and financing strategy – sourcing deals, managing portfolios and arranging financing.
Strategic ambition
The platform aims to become a reference point for independent wealth management in the region, leveraging Majorelle Capital’s deal flow, network and sector expertise.
About Abderrahman Bennes
Bennes brings more than 20 years of experience in asset management and corporate banking. He spent a decade in Paris with top‑tier managers such as Acofi Gestion and Sienna IM, where he managed the Analystes SICAV portfolio (≈ €700 million AUM). He later returned to Morocco, joining Crédit du Maroc (part of Crédit Agricole) where he spent 12 years, most recently as Head of Corporate Financing.
This appointment underscores Majorelle Group’s commitment to deepen its regional presence and to offer a fully independent, architecture‑driven wealth solution.
