Irrevocable subscriptions accounted for 95.3 % of the total, highlighting the robustness of the demand.
Impact on equity
Following the allocation, Crédit du Maroc’s share capital increased to MAD 1.163 billion. The total proceeds consist of MAD 74.53 million of nominal value and MAD 624.55 million of share‑premium.
The bank interprets the strong subscription as a clear sign of investor confidence in its fundamentals and future growth prospects.
