Financial Highlights 2025

Maghreb Oxygène reported a sales increase to MAD 332.4 billion in 2025, up from MAD 317.2 billion the year before, driven by higher gas sales in the industrial segment.

Operating profit rose to MAD 9.1 billion, reflecting improved commercial margin and disciplined cost management. Net profit reached MAD 8.5 billion, compared with MAD 8.0 billion in 2024.

Equity strengthened to MAD 261.0 billion. The total balance sheet expanded from MAD 480.7 billion to MAD 906.3 billion after a new MAD 450 billion bond issuance.
