Aluminium du Maroc announced a first‑half 2026 turnover of MAD 585.31 million, an 8 % drop compared with the same period last year. Aluminium du Maroc reports 8% drop in H1 2026 revenue

Aluminium du Maroc posted a turnover of MAD 585.31 million for the first half of 2026, down 8% year‑on‑year.

Despite a volatile global commodities market and ongoing geopolitical tensions in the Middle East that continue to strain supply chains, the company kept a tight grip on operations and cash flow, preserving the strength of its balance‑sheet fundamentals.

The decline is mainly driven by slower activity in export markets, where demand remains subdued amid economic uncertainty and persistently high aluminium prices. The domestic market showed overall resilience.

Investments in the first six months amounted to MAD 1.75 million, versus MAD 13.21 million in the same period a year earlier, reflecting a shift in project execution timelines.

Net financial debt fell to MAD 362.12 million, a 28% reduction from the end‑2025 level, largely due to a lower working‑capital requirement tied to raw‑material inventories.

Aluminium du Maroc continues to prioritize strategic development while adopting a prudent approach to capital commitments in a market with limited visibility.
