CIH Bank Closes 750 Million Dirham Perpetual Subordinated Bond Offering
CIH Bank has successfully wrapped up a private‑placement of a perpetual subordinated bond, raising a total of 750 million Moroccan dirhams. The single‑tranche, annually resetting instrument was sold exclusively to qualified investors, is not listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, and has been dematerialised through Maroclear. The proceeds will be used to strengthen the bank’s Tier 2 capital, improve its capital adequacy ratio and fund its ongoing development programme, signalling continued growth ambition.
