BMCI Sells Its 33.33% Stake in Arval Maroc to French Leasing Group Arval Service Lease

BMCI completes sale of its 33.33% share in Arval Maroc

On June 29, 2026, the Banque Marocaine du Commerce et de l’Industrie (BMCI) confirmed that it has transferred its entire stake in Arval Maroc to the French leasing company Arval Service Lease.

The deal covers 33.33% of Arval Maroc’s capital and voting rights, which were previously accounted for in BMCI’s consolidated financial statements using the equity‑method (mise en équivalence).

BMCI emphasised that the transaction will not have a material impact on its consolidated results.
