Casablanca Stock Exchange Week: RDS Posts Loss, TGCC Proposes Dividend – AGM Highlights (June 8‑13 2026)
The Casablanca Stock Exchange is busy this week with several ordinary general meetings (AGM). Agma kicks off the agenda on June 8, followed by Résidences Dar Saada (RDS) on June 10, which will present a sizable 2025 loss, and TGCC on June 12, which is set to propose a modest dividend. The announcements also include dividend detachments from Boissons du Maroc, CFG Bank and Colorado, as well as a dividend from Holcim Maroc.

Monday, June 8 – AGM of Agma
Agma will open the week at 10:00 CET in Casablanca. Shareholders must vote on the approval of the 2025 social and consolidated accounts, profit allocation, and the renewal of the mandates of directors and statutory auditors.
Wednesday, June 10 – AGM of Résidences Dar Saada (RDS)
RDS, a real‑estate developer, will hold its AGM at 11:00. The company will present 2025 results showing a net social loss of MAD 97.8 million. Shareholders will decide on the lack of dividend distribution and several governance changes.
The same session will also see dividend detachments from other listed firms:
- Boissons du Maroc – dividend of MAD 127 per share
- CFG Bank – dividend of MAD 4 per share
- Colorado – coupon of MAD 3.5 per share
Friday, June 12 – AGM of TGCC
Construction giant TGCC will meet shareholders at 15:00. The group will present a net social profit of MAD 717.6 million and a consolidated RNPG of MAD 952 million. The board will propose an ordinary dividend of MAD 15 per share, payable from 3 August 2026.
On the same day, Holcim Maroc will detach a dividend of MAD 96 per share, with payment scheduled for 24 June 2026.
