Moroccan Capital Market Raises DH 124.4 Billion in 2025 – Record‑Breaking Fundraising

The Moroccan Capital Markets Authority (AMMC) reported that total capital raised during 2025 surged to DH 124.4 billion, a significant jump from the DH 106.69 billion recorded the previous year. The bulk of the funds came from negotiable debt securities, with bonds and equity issuances also contributing to the impressive total. December alone accounted for almost DH 17.8 billion, underscoring a strong year‑end momentum in the Casablanca market.

2025 Capital‑Market Performance in Morocco

According to the Moroccan Capital Markets Authority (AMMC), total capital raised in 2025 reached DH 124.4 billion, up from DH 106.69 billion in the previous year.

The fundraising broke down as follows:

  • Negotiable Debt Securities (TCN): DH 77.54 billion
  • Bond issuances (corporate and sovereign): DH 23.68 billion
  • Equity securities: DH 5.46 billion

The outstanding loan‑borrow securities portfolio stood at DH 52.9 billion at the end of December 2025.

In just the month of December, new capital inflows amounted to DH 17.78 billion, highlighting a robust end‑of‑year momentum.

These figures were disclosed in AMMC’s monthly capital‑market indicator report, underscoring the growing depth and diversification of Morocco’s financial markets.
