The AGM season is in full swing at the Casablanca Stock Exchange. This week, four prominent entities will gather their shareholders to validate the 2025 fiscal year performance and decide on dividend payouts and director fees.
Crédit du Maroc: High Dividends on the Horizon
Opening the week on Monday, April 27, Crédit du Maroc reported a consolidated Net Banking Income (PNB) of 3.6 billion MAD. With a group net income of 863.5 million MAD, the board has proposed a substantial dividend of 48 MAD per share, with payments expected to start on June 15, 2026.
Cash Plus and Ennakl Automobiles: Steady Returns
On Tuesday, April 28, Cash Plus will present a net profit of 251.45 million MAD, proposing a dividend of 9.73 MAD per share. This is followed on Wednesday by Ennakl Automobiles, which posted a profit of 51.58 million TND and plans to distribute 1 TND per share to its investors.
Auto Hall: Closing the Week
Rounding out the week on Thursday, April 30, Auto Hall will review its net profit of 104.43 million MAD. Shareholders are expected to approve a dividend of 2 MAD per share, scheduled for payment starting May 26, 2026.
