Dari Couspate has demonstrated strong operational performance during the first six months of 2026, posting a consolidated net profit of MAD 27.94 million, representing a 7.8% year-over-year increase from MAD 25.93 million recorded in H1 2025. The board of directors, convened on September 25 under the chairmanship of Mohamed Khalil, approved both standalone and consolidated financial statements for the period ending June 30.
Revenue Resilience Amid Supply Chain Challenges
Consolidated revenue for the half-year period reached MAD 375.97 million, down slightly by 0.36% from MAD 377.35 million in the comparable 2025 period. According to company management, this modest decline masks underlying operational strength, as the business maintained stability despite significant supply disruptions stemming from logistical bottlenecks and port-related constraints that affected the broader Moroccan industrial sector.
Operating Efficiency Drives Profitability
The company's consolidated operating profit advanced 5% to MAD 35.77 million from MAD 34.08 million year-over-year. Dari Couspate attributes this improvement to rigorous control over major operating expense categories, demonstrating management's ability to protect margins even as top-line growth faces headwinds. This operational discipline translated directly into the 7.8% expansion in bottom-line profitability.
Standalone Financial Performance
On a standalone basis, the company generated revenue of MAD 372.94 million compared to MAD 376.47 million in H1 2025. Operating profit improved notably from MAD 34.12 million to MAD 37.30 million, while net income reached MAD 28.60 million versus MAD 26.70 million in the prior-year period, underscoring strong performance at the parent company level.
Strategic Outlook for H2 2026
Looking ahead to the second half of the year, Dari Couspate management has committed to maintaining the commercial momentum established during the first six months. The company plans to continue enhancing operational efficiency while advancing its innovation and development strategy across both domestic Moroccan markets and international territories. This strategic focus positions the company to capitalize on growth opportunities while managing the operational challenges that characterized the first half.
The H1 2026 results reflect Dari Couspate's operational resilience and management capability in navigating external pressures while delivering consistent profit growth to shareholders.
