Casablanca Stock Exchange Halts Trading of Minière Touissit Shares Following Public Offer Filing

Trading Suspension Effective Immediately
The Casablanca Stock Exchange (CSE) announced on Friday, July 17, 2026, that the shares of Compagnie Minière de Touissit (CMT) will be suspended from trading as of the same day, following a request from the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC).
According to notice AV‑2026‑102 issued by the CSE, the suspension follows the filing of a public‑offer prospectus for CMT. The decision complies with Morocco’s Law No. 26‑03 on public offers and the Exchange’s General Regulations.
All equity securities of CMT will remain halted until the AMMC communicates the next steps of the transaction, in line with current market rules.
