Morocco’s Capital Markets Reach Over 97 Billion Dirhams in Fundraising by End‑October 2025
The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) reports that total capital‑raising activities jumped to MAD 97.826 billion by the end of October 2025, up from MAD 85.911 billion a year earlier. The increase was driven by strong performance in negotiable debt securities (TCN) and bond issuances, while loan‑borrowing transactions also recorded notable growth.

Capital‑Market Fundraising Surpasses 97 Billion Dirhams
The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) announced that total capital‑raising reached MAD 97.826 billion by the end of October 2025, compared with MAD 85.911 billion in the same month last year.

- Negotiable Debt Securities (TCN): MAD 58.45 billion
- Bond Issuances: MAD 34.8 billion
Loan‑Borrow Securities Portfolio
The outstanding amount of loan‑borrow securities reached MAD 39.5 billion, a 9% increase year‑over‑year and a 29% rise since the start of 2025.

In the month of October alone, capital‑raising amounted to MAD 14.096 billion.
