The Casablanca Stock Exchange officially announced on Thursday the successful completion of Auto Hall's cash capital increase, with the operation generating total proceeds of 249,993,250 dirhams.

Capital Structure Transformation

The capital raise has significantly altered Auto Hall's financial structure. The company's share capital has grown from 502,945,280 dirhams—divided into 50,294,528 shares prior to the transaction—to 541,405,780 dirhams, now comprising 54,140,578 shares, according to the official notice issued by the Casablanca bourse.

Operation Details and Timeline

The capital increase was authorized during an extraordinary general meeting held on May 21, 2026. Under the terms approved by shareholders, Auto Hall issued 3,846,050 new shares, each carrying a nominal value of 10 dirhams and offered at an emission price of 65 dirhams per share.

The subscription process was structured as a cash offering with preferential subscription rights, exclusively available to existing shareholders and holders of subscription warrants. The subscription window remained open from July 27 through August 17, 2026, providing investors with a three-week period to participate in the offering.
