Partnership Overview

Orange Morocco and Cash Plus, the kingdom’s leading network of neighborhood agencies, have formalised a strategic alliance aimed at weaving financial and telecom services into the daily routines of Moroccan consumers.

Expanded Orange Money Access

Through the partnership, Orange Money account holders can now deposit or withdraw cash at any of the 5,200+ Cash Plus locations across Morocco, including roughly 23 % of outlets in rural areas. The process is simple: the customer visits a Cash Plus branch, provides their mobile number, and the transaction is completed instantly with a receipt.

This extension dramatically widens Orange Money’s physical footprint, especially in regions where traditional banking services are scarce, reinforcing Orange’s commitment to financial inclusion.

Orange Telecom Offers Inside Cash Plus Agencies

In the first phase of a broader rollout, Orange Morocco will also allow customers to subscribe to its telecom packages directly inside Cash Plus stores. For Cash Plus, the move adds a high‑value, ultra‑accessible channel for essential telecom services, complementing its existing portfolio of payments, transfers, recharges, ticketing, currency exchange and administrative services.

Driving Digital and Financial Inclusion

The collaboration reflects a shared vision: turning physical points of contact into catalysts for digital adoption, trust and accessibility. By bringing essential services closer to where people live and work, both partners aim to accelerate the uptake of mobile payments and digital connectivity while preserving the personal assistance that agency‑based interactions provide.
