The Casablanca Stock Exchange continues its busy season of annual general meetings (AGMs) this week, with nine listed companies gathering to approve 2025 financial statements, determine profit allocation, and validate dividend proposals.

Tuesday, May 12

  • Afric Industries will kick off the AGM season at 10:00 AM. Shareholders will need to approve financial statements showing a net profit of 7.5 million dirhams. The board proposes an ordinary dividend of 20 dirhams per share, representing a total envelope of 5.8 million dirhams, with payment scheduled for June 30, 2026. An amount of 440,000 dirhams will also be allocated to attendance fees for directors for 2026.
  • At the same time, Eaux Minérales d'Oulmès will also hold its AGM. The group recorded a net profit of 116.1 million dirhams for the 2025 fiscal year. The board of directors proposes a dividend of 40.15 dirhams per share, payable from June 9, 2026. Attendance fees are set at 1.65 million dirhams.
  • Delta Holding will bring together its shareholders at 3:00 PM. The group shows a net profit of 340.89 million dirhams. The proposed dividend is set at 2 dirhams per share, with payment scheduled for July 22, 2026. The annual envelope for attendance fees is set at 650,000 dirhams.

Wednesday, May 13

  • Maghrebail will hold its AGM at 11:00 AM. The leasing specialist recorded a net profit of 148.2 million dirhams. The board proposes a dividend of 53 dirhams per share, payable from September 8, 2026. The envelope dedicated to the remuneration of directors and members of specialized committees is set at 1.49 million dirhams.
  • At 2:30 PM, Boissons du Maroc will follow. The group achieved a net profit of 343 million dirhams. Shareholders will be asked to approve a gross dividend of 127 dirhams per share, with payment scheduled to begin on June 18, 2026.

Thursday, May 14

  • Unimer will bring together its shareholders at 10:00 AM. The group posted a consolidated net result of 11 million dirhams. The general meeting will have to decide on the distribution of no dividends for 2025.
  • At 11:00 AM, Salafin will also hold its AGM. The General Assembly decides to distribute to shareholders the total sum of 93 million dirhams, or a total dividend of 30 Dirhams per share, payable from 06/12/2026.

Friday, May 15

  • Lesieur Cristal will open the session at 9:30 AM. The group will propose to its shareholders not to proceed with any distribution of dividends for the 2025 fiscal year.
  • Finally, Colorado will hold its AGM at 11:00 AM. The accounts show a net profit of 65 million dirhams. The board proposes an ordinary dividend of 3.50 dirhams per share, with payment scheduled to begin on June 23, 2026.
