Strategic Alliance Between BCP Group and Seniors Plus

The Banque Populaire (BCP) Group has entered a strategic partnership with senior‑care provider Seniors Plus to create Bladi Tiqqa, a service suite aimed at Moroccan expatriates who wish to look after their parents and relatives aged 60 + back home.

Target Audience and Distribution

Bladi Tiqqa will be offered exclusively to the Marocains du Monde client base of BCP, extending the bank’s relationship beyond typical financial products.

Service Structure

Developed by Seniors Plus, the solution is built around three core pillars:

  • Health & Safety – medical assistance, emergency response, and preventive health programmes.
  • Active Living – organized activities in multiple cities, social events and wellness workshops.
  • Practical Support – home‑care assistance, administrative help, daily errands, and a 24/7 concierge service.

Roles of the Partners

BCP supplies its expertise on the diaspora market and leverages its nationwide distribution network. Seniors Plus contributes its know‑how in designing senior‑focused solutions, while Maroc Assistance Internationale, a long‑standing partner of Seniors Plus, handles the operational rollout.

Executive Statements

Idriss Bensmail, Managing Director of BCP’s Retail Banking division, said: “For over sixty years, BCP has supported Moroccan expatriates at the most important moments of their lives. With Bladi Tiqqa we move beyond banking, providing a concrete solution that gives seniors over 60 more peace of mind, even from thousands of kilometres away.”

Tarik Hajji, Chairman & CEO of Seniors Plus, added: “Partnering with BCP, the leading bank for the diaspora, is a milestone for Seniors Plus. It aligns with our strategy to make Tiqqa accessible to a community that has a strong demand for senior‑centric services.”
