OCP Foundation Reports 95,731 Beneficiaries and 256 Projects Driving Sustainable Impact in 2025
The OCP Foundation released its 2025 activity report, titled “From Vision to Impact”, highlighting a year of transformative, sustainable initiatives across education, agriculture, climate resilience, research, innovation and entrepreneurship. With 95,731 beneficiaries—60 % of whom are women—the foundation delivered 256 projects in 16 countries, training over 5,000 people and supporting more than 1,000 cooperatives and associations.

Overview of the 2025 Report
The OCP Foundation’s 2025 activity report, “From Vision to Impact”, frames the organization’s work around four strategic pillars: education, agriculture & climate resilience, research & innovation, and entrepreneurship. The overarching goal is to build capacity, turn experiences into scalable models, and embed measurable impact.

Education Initiatives
The second phase of the “Sponsored Schools” program closed in 2025. More than 500 education actors were mobilised, 29 schools were officially sponsored, and close to 14,000 students benefited – 49 % of them girls. Over 190 educational and administrative staff received training.
The foundation also funded an impact evaluation for the “Pioneer Schools” program, in partnership with the Morocco Innovation and Evaluation Lab, covering 5,412 institutions. Additionally, 82 provincial directors were trained to strengthen territorial governance of the national education reform.
Agriculture & Climate Resilience
Activities spanned 16 countries and three continents, reaching more than 11,300 beneficiaries – including 7,000 farmers, 68 % of whom are women. The report lists 48 projects, six of which were newly signed in 2025, and notes collaboration with 33 institutional partners.
The flagship Afric’Avenir program, co‑led with UNESCO and UM6P, focuses on five pillars: AI for development, education, culture, heritage valorisation, and environmental sustainability.
Entrepreneurship Support
In 2025, the foundation assisted 6,028 beneficiaries (53 % women), backed 162 start‑ups, worked with 738 cooperatives, trained 1,411 individuals and mentored 2,031 young entrepreneurs.
Research & Innovation
The foundation reinforced the National Programme for Research, Development and Innovation (PNARDI) and partnered with UM6P to consolidate research portfolios and streamline funding processes.
