Record-Breaking Profitability and Resilient Revenue

Groupe Alliances has officially closed its 2025 fiscal year with outstanding operational performance. The real estate developer reported a consolidated net profit of 402 million MAD, reflecting a robust 32% annual increase. Gross profit margins remained highly competitive at 36% of total sales, reaching 867 million MAD and growing by 11% compared to 2024. Total consolidated revenue for the period stood at 2.432 billion MAD. When adjusted for 2024 accounting methodologies, underlying revenue growth would have hit 2.7 billion MAD, highlighting a solid 14% organic expansion.

Operational Efficiency and Conservative Balance Sheet

EBITDA climbed 6% year-over-year to 603 million MAD, driven by streamlined commercial processes and enhanced administrative oversight. The group maintains a highly controlled debt structure, reporting net debt of 1.3 billion MAD as of December 31, 2025. This includes a strategic 449-million MAD bond issuance specifically allocated to the Akenza mixed-use development in Marrakech—a 97-hectare project requiring 550 million MAD in total investment. With a low gearing ratio of just 24%, Alliances preserves ample financial flexibility for future acquisitions and project rollouts.

Strategic Diversification and Technology-Driven Operations

Alliances is actively pivoting beyond traditional real estate by entering the hospitality sector. A flagship partnership with Rixos Group will fund the construction of three premium hotel resorts, targeting a fully operational portfolio by 2029. Meanwhile, the company's real estate development pipeline across Moroccan regions holds a projected revenue capacity of 25 billion MAD.

Quality assurance and digital transformation have become core competitive advantages. In 2025, Alliances became the first Moroccan property developer to obtain ISO 27001 (information security) and ranked among only six national firms to achieve ISO 22301 (business continuity management). Internally, the company massively integrated AI into market analysis, deployed advanced Business Intelligence (BI) systems, and automated financial tracking. These efforts were commercially validated with three "Customer Service of the Year 2026" awards across social housing, mid-market, and luxury segments.

Shareholder Returns and Future Outlook

Rewarding sustained investor confidence, the Board of Directors has recommended a cash dividend of 4 MAD per share for fiscal year 2025. Backed by strong fundamentals, lean governance, and a clear multi-year expansion roadmap, Alliances is well-equipped to navigate economic cycles while delivering consistent long-term growth.
