Moroccan real‑estate arm Holmarcom Immobilier is putting DH276 million into a mixed‑use development called Ocean Villas, located on Avenue des Nations Unies in the Hippodrome district of El Jadida. The project blends housing, retail, education and hospitality facilities, aiming to attract local buyers, MRE investors and tourists to the fast‑growing coastal city. The first phase, comprising 107 villas and an 8,000 m² hyper‑market, is slated for handover in December 2026, coinciding with a new 50‑metre‑wide access road that will improve connectivity to the Hippodrome area.

Construction Milestones
The first tranche has completed structural works and is awaiting occupancy permits and land title registration, with a planned handover in December 2026. The second tranche has finished its shell‑work. Both phases will be launched alongside a new 50‑metre‑wide access road that improves connectivity to the Hippodrome district.
