APSB Extends Executive Board Term to 2028, Reinforcing Morocco’s Capital Market
The Professional Association of Brokerage Firms (APSB) announced that its current executive board will stay in office for two more years, extending its mandate until May 2028. The decision, taken by the APSB’s board of directors on 19 May 2026, underlines confidence in the team’s ability to drive the development of Morocco’s capital market and to boost the role of brokerage houses within the national financial ecosystem.

APSB Extends Executive Board Mandate to 2028
The Professional Association of Brokerage Firms (APSB) confirmed on 19 May 2026 that its current executive board will remain in place for an additional two years, taking the mandate up to May 2028. The decision was approved by the association’s board of directors, reflecting strong confidence in the incumbent leadership to continue advancing the Moroccan capital market and to solidify the contribution of brokerage firms to the national financial ecosystem.
The renewed executive board is composed of:
- Amine Maamri, General Manager of CDG Capital Bourse – President
- Majd Guebbas, General Manager of BMCE Capital Bourse – Vice‑President & Treasurer
- Kaoutar Hsaine, General Manager of Valoris Securities – Vice‑President
By extending the term, APSB reaffirms its commitment to:
- Modernising market infrastructure and regulations;
- Providing continuous support to market participants;
- Enhancing the attractiveness of the Moroccan stock exchange for local and foreign investors.
These initiatives aim to sustain the momentum of recent reforms and position Morocco as a regional hub for capital‑raising activities.
