LabelVie Announces Private Bond Programme
On Friday, May 22 2026, the Moroccan retailer disclosed its intention to raise up to 1 billion dirhams through a private bond issuance. The proposal will be placed before shareholders at the ordinary General Assembly scheduled for June 25, 2026.
The company will ask investors to approve a bond programme that can be issued in one or several tranches over a five‑year period starting from the date of the assembly. The total amount will be limited to the subscriptions actually received.
Shareholders will also be required to grant the Board of Directors the power – with the possibility of sub‑delegation – to define the specific features of each issuance. This delegation includes setting the nominal value of the bonds, the opening and closing dates for subscription, the settlement‑delivery date and the preparation of the subscription bulletin.
At this stage, the exact financial terms – such as maturity, coupon rate or the schedule of tranche releases – have not been disclosed.
