Revenue performance
Consolidated revenue reached DH 389 million in Q4 2025, a 39 % increase versus the same quarter last year. For the full 2025 fiscal year, total revenue climbed to DH 1.084 billion, up 30 % from 2024 and 3.6 % above the business‑plan forecast presented at the IPO.
Segment breakdown (as of 31 December 2025)
- Equipment: DH 651 million (+29 %)
- Implantables & Reagents: DH 319 million (+35 %)
- Services: DH 114 million (+19 %)
Capital expenditures
Q4 CAPEX totaled DH 15 million, primarily directed to financial assets. This includes a minority stake in DEEPECHO, a startup that leverages AI and machine learning for ultrasound diagnostics, aligning with Vicenne’s digital‑technology diversification strategy.
Debt and cash position
Net debt improved dramatically after several capital increases. From a net debt of DH 315 million at the end of Q3 2024, Vicenne posted a positive cash balance of DH 299 million on 31 December 2025, an improvement over the figure disclosed on 30 September 2025.
Outlook to 2030
The group remains confident in meeting its 2030 objectives outlined during the IPO, citing solid business fundamentals and a favourable sector environment.
