The medical equipment group, which connects technological innovation with humane care by offering tailored solutions to healthcare professionals, posted solid financial results for the first six months of the year.
Strong Quarterly Momentum
In Q2 2026, Vicenne's consolidated revenue reached 395 million dirhams, marking a 29% increase compared to the same period last year. This robust performance was primarily driven by the Equipment Business Unit, which surged 41% during the quarter, bringing its half-year growth to 13%. The figures reflect a solid order book and strong operational execution.
Investment and Financial Structure
Capital expenditures for the period totaled 5.8 million dirhams as of end-June 2026, up 27% from H1 2025. These investments were mainly allocated to the development of the logistics platform and the new headquarters. Lease obligations stood at 59 million dirhams, an increase of 81%.
The group's financial position showed remarkable strength, with a net cash position of 211 million dirhams at June 30, 2026, contrasted with a net debt of 275 million dirhams a year earlier. This transformation reflects the beneficial effects of the capital increase completed during the IPO.

First-Half Summary
For the first half of 2026, consolidated revenue totaled 591 million dirhams, compared to 527 million dirhams in H1 2025, representing a 12% increase. Other business lines maintained positive momentum:
