Lesieur Cristal’s 2025 Results Show Stable Revenue Amid Tough Market Conditions

Lesieur Cristal posted a fourth‑quarter turnover of 1.216 billion dirhams, down 12 % YoY, but managed to keep its full‑year revenue virtually unchanged at 5.394 billion dirhams. The group’s continued focus on commercial resilience helped it weather intense competition and price pressure. The company invested 33 million dirhams in Q4 and 61 million dirhams for the whole year, highlighted by a new 2 MWc photovoltaic plant in Aïn Harrouda that trims site energy use by 12 % and supports its 2030 decarbonisation plan. Net cash rose 24 % to 243 million dirhams, and the stake in subsidiary Oléosen was increased to 94.75 % without affecting the consolidated statements.

Annual Highlights (2025)

For the full 2025 fiscal year, the group’s consolidated revenue reached 5,394 MDH, essentially unchanged from 2024, underscoring the resilience of its commercial strategy despite intense competition and price pressure.

Investment Programme

The company continued its strategic investments, spending 33 MDH in Q4 and a total of 61 MDH for the year. The most notable project is the new 2 MWc photovoltaic plant at Aïn Harrouda, inaugurated in December, which cuts the site’s energy consumption by 12 % and contributes to the group’s 2030 decarbonisation goal.

Cash Position

Net consolidated cash stood at 243 MDH at 31 December 2025, a 24 % increase over the previous year, reflecting strong working‑capital management.

Consolidation Scope

During Q4, Lesieur Cristal increased its stake in subsidiary Oléosen from 90.16 % to 94.75 %. The change had no impact on the consolidated financial statements.
