RISMA Expands Executive Board with Appointment of COO Houda Skali

RISMA Strengthens Executive Governance with New Board Member
On July 9, 2026, the Supervisory Board of RISMA approved the appointment of Houda Skali, currently Director of Operations, as a member of the Executive Board (Directoire). The decision is part of the group’s ongoing effort to tighten governance and sustain its growth trajectory.
Since joining RISMA in 2021, Skali has driven several core strategic initiatives, including the coordination of investment and asset‑sale transactions, capital‑markets operations, strategic partnerships, as well as governance, compliance, financial communication, and cross‑functional projects.
Prior to RISMA, she held positions at Ernst & Young in Paris and later at Yamed Capital, where she built expertise in audit, investment, asset management, and finance.
The Executive Board now consists of:
- Amine Echcherki – President of the Board
- Sofia Lopez Benhamida – Chief Executive Officer and Board Member
- Houda Skali – Director of Operations and Board Member
