Credit du Maroc and Ynexis Group Seal 50/50 Strategic Alliance to Accelerate Nema Capital’s OPCI Expansion

Credit du Maroc (CDM) has officially joined the shareholder roster of Nema Capital, a specialist manager of Real Estate Collective Investment Schemes (OPCIs). After obtaining all regulatory go‑ahead, CDM and Ynexis Group (formerly Yamed Group) each now hold a 50 % stake and equal voting rights in Nema Capital. The partnership is set to combine the two groups’ expertise, reinforcing Nema Capital’s market position and fast‑tracking its growth strategy in the OPCI segment. The transaction underscores CDM’s ambition to deepen its presence in investment banking, adding to its existing portfolio of market activities, brokerage services, UCITS funds, securities services and advisory solutions.

Strategic partnership completed

Credit du Maroc (CDM) confirmed the finalisation of its entry into the shareholder round of Nema Capital, a specialist manager of Real Estate Collective Investment Schemes (OPCIs). Following the receipt of all required regulatory approvals, CDM and Ynexis Group (formerly Yamed Group) now each own 50 % of Nema Capital’s equity and voting rights.

The joint venture will enable Nema Capital to draw on the complementary expertise of its two owners, strengthening its foothold in the OPCI market and speeding up the deployment of its development strategy.

This acquisition reflects CDM’s ambition to broaden its footprint in investment banking. It enriches the bank’s existing suite of services, which already includes market operations, securities brokerage, UCITS funds, securities services and advisory.
