- Salafin holds its AGO at 11:00 AM. The General Assembly has decided to distribute a total of 93 million DH to shareholders, equivalent to a dividend of 30 DH per share, payable from June 12, 2026.
Friday, May 15
- Lesieur Cristal opens the session at 9:30 AM. The group is proposing that shareholders approve no dividend distribution for the 2025 fiscal year.
