Moroccan Capital Market Authority Approves Auto Hall’s Near‑250 M DH Capital Increase

The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) gave the green light on 15 July 2026 to Auto Hall’s capital‑raising prospectus, allowing the company to raise up to 249.99 million MAD through the issuance of roughly 3.85 million new shares at 65 MAD each. The subscription period runs from 27 July to 17 August 2026, and the full prospectus is available on the company’s website as well as on the Casablanca Stock Exchange and AMMC portals.

The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) confirmed on 15 July 2026 that it has officially approved the prospectus for Auto Hall’s new capital increase, reference VI/EM/025/2026.

The extraordinary general meeting held on 21 May 2026 authorized the move.

Transaction Highlights

  • Maximum amount: 249,993,250 Moroccan dirhams (≈ 250 MDH).
  • New shares to be issued: up to 3,846,050 shares.
  • Issue price: 65 MAD per share (nominal value 10 MAD).
