Strong Financial Results for 2025
Cash Plus, the first Moroccan fintech listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, announced a consolidated Net Banking Product of MDH 863 million (+14 % YoY), operating profit of MDH 450 million (+19 %), and net profit attributable to shareholders of MDH 242 million (+23 %). For the first time, the total transaction volume exceeded MDH 130 billion, confirming the robustness of its business model.
IPO Fuels Expansion
The MDH 750 million IPO not only made Cash Plus the pioneer fintech on the Casablanca market but also broadened its shareholder base and provided the capital needed to sustain accelerated growth under stronger governance.
Branch Network & Rural Reach
By year‑end 2025, Cash Plus operated more than 5,200 branches, with 23 % located in rural areas and nearly 590 new openings during the year. The network serves as the sole point of access to financial services in 180 Moroccan localities, a figure the group aims to expand further to underserved regions.
Digital Momentum
The Cash Plus Mobile app now counts over 1.8 million users. It offers end‑to‑end financial functionalities – peer‑to‑peer transfers, bill payments, physical and virtual cards, merchant services, and public‑transport ticket purchases – while continuously adding new features. In parallel, the firm is rolling out QR‑code payment solutions to help cash‑dependent merchants digitalise their operations.
International Partnerships and Public‑Sector Support
In 2025, Cash Plus became the first North‑African operator to let PayPal account holders withdraw funds directly in dirhams via its app, a service popular among freelancers and content creators. The group also supported public programmes: 1.5 million families received social assistance through Cash Plus accounts, and over 1,000 branches were authorised to receive AMO (health‑insurance) dossiers.
ESG Commitment
Beyond core banking, Cash Plus emphasizes environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals – financial inclusion, employee training, reduced carbon footprint, and rural community initiatives. Its executive committee is composed of nearly 60 % women, reflecting a strong commitment to diversity.
With a proprietary technology stack, a rapidly growing digital offering and an expansive physical footprint, Cash Plus is set to become a cornerstone of Morocco’s financial and digital transformation.
