Moroccan Capital Market Authority Grants 8 New Fund Licenses and 6 Portfolio Visas in July 2026

Major asset managers such as BMCE Capital Gestion, Alphavest Asset Management, and Wafa Gestion received authorisations to launch or expand diversified, equity‑focused, and short‑term bond funds.</p><p>These authorisations are expected to broaden product offerings, attract new capital, and reinforce the growth trajectory of Morocco’s asset‑management industry.</p>

July 2026 – New Fund Licences and Portfolio Visas

The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) released its July 2026 authorisation slate for collective investment schemes (OPCVM). A total of eight licences and six portfolio visas were granted, underscoring continued expansion in the country’s asset‑management landscape.

Licences Granted

  • BMCE Capital Gestion – Four licences on 22 July:
    • FCP Capital Terme – "Diversified"
    • FCP Capital Indice – "Equity"
    • FCP Capital Participations – "Equity"
    • FCP Capital Obligations Banques – "Short‑Term Bonds" (OCT)
  • Alphavest Asset Management – One licence for FCP Optima Performance ("Equity").
  • Wafa Gestion – Licence for Attijari Rendement Plus ("OCT").
  • CFG Gestion – Licence for CFG Avenir ("Diversified").
  • Valoris Management – Licence for FCP Emergence Growth ("Diversified").

Portfolio Visas Issued

  • 8 July – Four visas:
    • FCP Quantum Secur Rendement (Quantum Capital Gestion) – "Medium‑ and Long‑Term Bonds" (OMLT)
    • FCP Horizon Actions (Saham Capital Gestion) – "Equity"
    • FCP Horizon Diversifié (Saham Capital Gestion) – "Diversified"
    • CFG Opportunités (CFG Gestion) – "Diversified"
  • 23 July – Two visas to BMCE Capital Gestion:
    • Maroc Valeurs – "Equity"
    • Sicavenir – "OMLT"

These authorisations expand the range of investment vehicles available to Moroccan investors and reinforce the AMMC’s commitment to a transparent, dynamic capital market.
