This growth was fueled by increased sales volumes in cement and ready-mix concrete, reflecting a robust construction sector in Morocco.
Financial Highlights
For the year ended December 2025, consolidated revenue reached 8,936 million dirhams, up 9.6% from 2024. Operating profit climbed 15.8% to 3,815 million dirhams, driven by revenue growth, cost management, and operational efficiency. Consolidated net profit rose to 2,166 million dirhams, while social net profit stood at 1,941 million dirhams.
Dividend Proposal and Name Change
The Board of Directors proposed a dividend of 96 dirhams per share for the 2025 fiscal year. Additionally, it recommended changing the company's legal name from LafargeHolcim Maroc to Holcim Maroc, aligning with the global Holcim Group's branding strategy and the 'NextGen Growth 2030' vision.
