Deal Size and Terms

The financing amounts to roughly 250 million dirhams (MDH), a figure that was authorised by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 22 May 2026.

The increase will consist of a maximum of 892,857 new shares, each issued at 280 DH per share, with a nominal value of 100 DH per share.

Investors (i.e., CIH staff) can subscribe between 15 July and 22 July 2026 inclusive.

Why It Matters

  • Aligns employee interests with shareholders.
  • Signals confidence from regulators in the bank’s growth prospects.

CIH Bank, a major player in Morocco’s banking sector, expects the capital boost to support further loan growth and digital transformation initiatives.
