Bank of Africa announced a new phase in its SME strategy with the launch of the integrated offer "Pacte TPME, Bank of Africa & Maroc PME".

Purpose and partners

The programme, designed together with Maroc PME, aims to deliver a full‑stack support package for Moroccan enterprises – from credit lines and guarantees to expert advice and matchmaking with a broad ecosystem of service providers.

Launch event

The initiative was unveiled at the National TPME 2026 conference, held at the Four Seasons in Casablanca under the patronage of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The minister, Ryad Mezzour, attended the event, which is slated to become an annual gathering for the country’s entrepreneurial community.

Strategic agreements

During the ceremony, several strategic memorandums were signed with key actors such as Réseau Entreprendre Maroc, the FENAGRI federation and major industrial zones of Casablanca – IZDIHAR, AZIAN and the CFCIM.

These alliances aim to provide concrete solutions for financing, business development, sustainable transition and territorial proximity.

Executive comments

Bank of Africa Executive Director Khalid Nasr described the programme as “more than a support scheme – it is a paradigm shift”. He highlighted the four pillars – structuring, resilience, competitiveness and growth – that together deliver a coherent, durable answer for entrepreneurs. He added that a regional road‑show will follow in the coming weeks to bring the offer to the areas where it can have the greatest impact.

Strategic positioning

Through this initiative, Bank of Africa reiterates its role as a growth partner for TPME, leveraging its expertise, solutions and network to foster sustainable development beyond mere financing.
