Extraordinary General Meeting Scheduled for September 8
Immorente Invest has summoned its shareholders to an extraordinary ordinary general meeting (OGM) on September 8, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the company’s headquarters in Casablanca. The agenda will focus primarily on the approval of a cash distribution.
Proposed Cash Distribution
The Board of Directors is recommending an extraordinary dividend of 2 MAD per share, representing a total envelope of 18.014 million dirhams. The payout will be drawn from the share premium account and will be executed in two separate instalments, each triggering a separate stock‑exchange detachment.
- First instalment: 1 MAD per share (≈ 9.007 million dirhams) payable on the day of the meeting.
- Second instalment: 1 MAD per share (≈ 9.007 million dirhams) payable from December 1, 2026.
Authority Delegation
The proposed resolution also authorises the Board, with the possibility of sub‑delegation to the General Manager, to take all necessary actions to implement the distribution.
