Capital Croissance signs minority‑stake agreement with ELEC TRIMAROC

On 3 July 2026, Capital Croissance – a growth‑oriented investment fund managed by BMCE Capital Investments – announced that it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire a minority shareholding in ELEC TRIMAROC, a key player in Morocco’s public‑lighting and electrification market. The transaction will be completed once the customary regulatory authorizations are obtained.

About ELEC TRIMAROC

Founded in 1990 and fully owned by TANMIA HOLDING since 2017, ELEC TRIMAROC has become a cornerstone of Morocco’s electricity‑infrastructure landscape. The company combines solid technical know‑how, a skilled workforce and long‑standing relationships with both public and private clients, positioning it at the forefront of a market driven by public‑sector investments, the energy‑transition agenda and urban‑infrastructure upgrades.

With roughly 80 employees and a reported turnover of MAD 166 million at the end of 2025, the firm enjoys a strong order book and promising growth prospects.

Strategic partnership objectives

The Capital Croissance investment underlines its commitment to backing high‑potential Moroccan companies that can generate long‑term value. For ELEC TRIMAROC, the capital injection will be used to:

  • Accelerate commercial development and win new contracts;
  • Expand into additional activity segments within the electricity‑services space;
  • Leverage BMCE Capital Investments’ strategic guidance, network and sector expertise.
