In a notable development for Cartier Saada, long-standing shareholder Renaud Pierre Anselme Delieuze has officially slipped below the 5% ownership threshold in the luxury goods company.

Details of the Share Sale

According to a statement from the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC), Delieuze executed a direct downward crossing of the 5% participation level on September 9, 2026. The transaction involved the sale of 3,600 shares on the central market at a unit price of 22 Moroccan dirhams, totaling 79,200 dirhams.

Updated Shareholding Position

Following the completion of this divestment, Delieuze now holds 260,467 shares, representing 4.94% of the company's capital. This places him just below the regulatory reporting threshold that triggers mandatory disclosure obligations.

Future Sell Plans

Significantly, Delieuze has indicated that he intends to continue selling his remaining stake in Cartier Saada over the next six months. This forward-looking declaration suggests a gradual exit strategy rather than a single opportunistic transaction.

Context

Cartier Saada, a prominent luxury brand listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, has recently faced headwinds, including a first-quarter revenue decline partly attributed to pressures in the U.S. market. The company has also been pursuing an 80 million dirham capital increase subject to shareholder approval. These broader dynamics add context to Delieuze's decision to reduce his exposure.
