AMMC Issues Six New Fund Approvals and 17 Visas for Collective Investment Schemes in December 2025

The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) announced that six fund approvals and 17 collective‑investment visas were granted in December 2025. The approvals covered a mix of equity, mixed‑asset and money‑market funds, while the visas were issued to two asset‑management houses for a total of 17 different OPCVM categories.

Six Fund Approvals Granted in December 2025

The AMMC issued six new approvals for collective investment schemes during the last month of 2025. The approvals were awarded to four asset‑management firms:

  • TWIN CAPITAL GESTION – two funds:
    • TWIN PERFORMANCE (Equity category) – approved on 8 Dec 2025
    • TWIN LIQUID BANK (OCT category) – approved on 8 Dec 2025
  • ADVISORY AND FINANCE ASSET MANAGEMENT – one fund:
    • AFG ALLOCATION FUND (Diversified category) – approved on 30 Dec 2025
  • BMCE CAPITAL GESTION – two funds:
    • MAROC VALEURS (Equity category)
    • SICAVENIR (OMLT category)
  • CDG Capital – one fund:
    • FSEC II OMLT (OMLT category) – approved on 30 Dec 2025

Visas for OPCVM Distributed to Two Managers

In addition to the approvals, the regulator granted 17 visas to two managers, covering a broad range of OPCVM categories:

  • QUANTUM CAPITAL GESTION – 3 visas
  • SAHAM CAPITAL GESTION – 14 visas

The visas encompass OMLT, OCT‑Equity, Contractual, Diversified and Money‑Market funds, reflecting the AMMC’s effort to diversify the Moroccan collective‑investment market.
