Sothema introduced three new medicines during the quarter – two in cardiology and one in oncology – reinforcing its position in high‑potential segments.

Regulatory Activity

  • 9 marketing‑authorisation (AMM/CE) applications filed, including one dietary supplement.
  • 12 approvals granted within the quarter.

Investments and Acquisitions

Capital expenditures climbed to MAD 77 million, a sharp rise from MAD 9 million a year earlier, mainly driven by the purchase of the CIALIS brand rights and associated products from Eli Lilly for the Moroccan market.

Financial Position

Net consolidated debt fell to MAD 725 million at 31 March 2026, down from MAD 833 million at year‑end 2025 – a 13 % reduction.

The consolidation scope remained unchanged during Q1 2026.
