Delta Holding Reports First‑Half 2026 Results

Delta Holding announced a consolidated turnover of 1.323 billion dirhams for the first six months of 2026, unchanged from the same period in 2025.

In the second quarter alone, revenue slipped to 724 million dirhams, down 4% year‑on‑year from 755 MDH in Q2 2025.

Investment and Debt Metrics

Capital expenditures amounted to 40 million dirhams in H1 2026, with 24 million dirhams spent in Q2. This marks a 63% drop compared with the 65 MDH invested in Q2 2025.

Consolidated gross debt stood at 330 million dirhams at end‑June, unchanged quarter‑over‑quarter but 11% lower than the 370 MDH recorded in Q2 2025.

Net debt turned negative, reflecting a cash surplus of 183 million dirhams (‑183 MDH) – an 8% improvement versus the prior year.

Social‑Accounts Performance

On a standalone basis, Delta Holding’s turnover rose to 23 million dirhams in Q2 2026, up 10% from 21 MDH a year earlier, bringing the six‑month total to 44 million dirhams.

Social‑account investments were 3 million dirhams both for the quarter and year‑to‑date. Gross debt on the social accounts fell to 175 million dirhams, an 11% decline from 197 MDH in Q2 2025, while net debt improved to -79 million dirhams, a 43% betterment versus -55 MDH a year ago.
