In a significant move to accelerate Morocco's digital transformation, Cash Plus and Damanesign have announced a strategic partnership designed to bring qualified electronic signature services closer to businesses and professionals across the Kingdom.

A Network of Trust Across 11 Cities

The collaboration leverages Cash Plus's extensive physical footprint, designating 13 branches across 11 cities — including Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Fez, Agadir, Kenitra, Oujda, Nador, Laâyoune, and Dakhla — as official registration and collection points. At these locations, users can submit documentation, complete mandatory identity verification, and retrieve a secure USB token containing their Damanesign-issued qualified certificate.

Targeted at Key Economic Actors

The service is tailored for a broad spectrum of users:

  • Companies of all legal forms
  • Public institutions and administrations
  • Regulated professions (notaries, lawyers, experts)
  • Import-export operators

These certificates enable legally binding digital signatures for critical processes such as customs declarations via the BADR platform, public procurement (marchés publics), Rokhas (building permits), and GID Fournisseurs (supplier management).

Regulatory Compliance and Trust

Damanesign, accredited by the DGSSI (Direction Générale de la Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information) under Law No. 43-20 on trust services for electronic transactions, retains full responsibility for certificate issuance, security, and regulatory compliance. Cash Plus acts as a delegated registration authority, contributing its expertise in customer onboarding and proximity service.

Leadership Perspectives

"This partnership reflects our commitment to bringing useful professional services closer to our clients. By making our branches available as drop-off and pick-up points, we simplify the journey for businesses and professionals while fully respecting each actor's roles and responsibilities," stated Nabil Amar, CEO of Cash Plus.

"Developing electronic signature adoption also requires offering users a clear, accessible journey. Our partnership with Cash Plus brings our certificates closer to enterprises and professionals across multiple regions, while maintaining the rigorous verification, security, and compliance standards governing their issuance," added Zouhair Hamdaoui, CEO of Damanesign.

By combining Damanesign's technological trust infrastructure with Cash Plus's national proximity network, the alliance aims to remove friction from the adoption of trusted digital identities — a cornerstone of Morocco's evolving digital economy.
