Casablanca Stock Exchange MASI Surges Past 18,000 Points on Tuesday
The Casablanca Stock Exchange saw a strong rebound on Tuesday, with the headline MASI index climbing 1.05% to 18,063.39 points, reclaiming the 18,000‑point milestone. Trading activity remained robust, driven by a hefty capital‑raising operation at CIH Bank and notable gains in Addoha, Managem, and LabelVie stocks.

Market Overview
The Casablanca Stock Exchange bounced back energetically on Tuesday. The flagship MASI index jumped 1.05% to 18,063.39 points, moving back above the psychologically important 18,000‑point level. Since the start of the year, the MASI's downside has narrowed to 4.15%.
MASI‑20 Performance
The MASI‑20, which tracks the largest market‑cap stocks, also posted gains, climbing 0.16% to 1,322.82 points.
Trading Volume
Overall market turnover remained strong, reaching 1.255 billion MAD. Of this, 255 million MAD traded on the central market, while nearly 1 billion MAD was linked to CIH Bank’s capital‑increase operation.
Top Traded Stocks
- Addoha led the volume table with 67 million MAD and rose 2.75% to 37 MAD per share.
- Managem came second, moving 62 million MAD and soaring 9.92% to 1,440 MAD after publishing strong H1 2026 indicators.
- LabelVie rounded out the top three with 29 million MAD traded and a flat close at 3,720 MAD.
Best Performers of the Session
Managem posted the day’s biggest gain at 9.92%. Close behind were Zellidja (+9.88%) and Maghreb Oxygène (+8.22%).

At the close, the total market capitalisation stood at 1.047 billion MAD.
