Stokvis Nord Afrique Reshapes Leadership: New Chairman and CEO Appointed After Raghni’s Exit
Stokvis Nord Afrique disclosed a major governance overhaul following its Board meeting on 30 June 2026. Chairman and CEO Abdelkrim Raghni stepped down for personal reasons, while remaining a board member representing SANAM Holding. The company split the Chairman and CEO roles and appointed Ismail Farih as Board Chair, Mostafa Chenbout as CEO, Fayçal Alj Hakim as Deputy CEO, and added Fadoua Moutaouakil as an elected board member, with a proposal for Mohammed Réda Lahmini to join as an independent director.

Leadership Overhaul at Stokvis Nord Afrique
On 30 June 2026, the board of Stokvis Nord Afrique met under the chairmanship of Abdelkrim Raghni. During the session, Raghni announced his decision to resign from the role of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for personal reasons.
The board praised his commitment and highlighted his role in steering the company through a major restructuring, consolidation, and transformation phase over recent years.
Although stepping down from executive duties, Raghni will continue to sit on the board as the representative of SANAM Holding.
To reinforce corporate governance, the board resolved to separate the Chairman of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer positions.
Effective immediately, the following appointments were made:
- Ismail Farih – appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors
- Mostafa Chenbout – appointed Chief Executive Officer
- Fayçal Alj Hakim – appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer
- Fadoua Moutaouakil – co‑opted as a Board Member
The board also agreed to propose Mohammed Réda Lahmini as an independent director at the next General Assembly.
According to the company, this new structure reflects the board’s intention to strengthen governance, ensure the continuity of the transformation program, and support the rollout of its strategic ambitions across all business lines.
The board concluded by wishing the new leaders success in their duties, emphasizing sustainable performance and value creation for the group.
