SGTM and EMB are among the two companies competing for the first phase of the sports complex modernization project in Fès, with an estimated budget of 2.816 billion dirhams.

At this stage, no market assignment has been announced yet. The scope includes excavation, structural work, waterproofing, metal framing, finishes, false ceilings, cabinetry, and painting. The project is planned to take 20 months, with a submission deadline set for 22 September.

For context, SGTM reported consolidated revenues of 6.6 billion dirhams in the first half of 2026, representing a 7.2% decline, while its net profit improved by 7.3% to 793 million dirhams. As of late June, its order backlog stands at 34.8 billion dirhams, compared to 35.1 billion at the end of 2025.
