2025 Financial Highlights

LabelVie announced a solid set of financial and commercial results for the fiscal year 2025. Total sales in the large‑scale retail segment grew 13.7% year‑on‑year, reaching 15.872 billion MAD. The same‑store sales increase was 3.5%, driven by a more favourable macro‑economic environment and higher foot‑traffic.

Store Network Expansion

The group accelerated its footprint, opening 141 new stores in 2025 versus 91 in the previous year, backed by an investment of 1.206 billion MAD.

Dividend Proposal

The Board will propose a dividend of 120 MAD per share, an 8.5% increase over 2024, corresponding to a 58.5% payout ratio.

Investment and Debt

Capital expenditures hit 1.206 billion MAD in 2025, mainly to fund the rapid store roll‑out. Net debt stood at 4.606 billion MAD at year‑end, up 633 million MAD, with a net‑debt‑to‑equity ratio of 54.8% (vs. 53.1% in 2024). In July 2025 the company successfully issued a 1.5 billion MAD bond, extending debt maturity and reducing financing costs.

2026 Outlook

LabelVie will continue to execute its 2024‑2028 strategic plan, focusing on the five retail formats and targeting 28 billion MAD in revenue by 2028 while maintaining an EBITDA margin of around 9.3%.
