BMCI’s inaugural “Passerelles” cohort achieves 100% certification success

The initiative, part of the bank’s broader talent‑development strategy, focuses on reskilling and upskilling staff to meet the evolving demands of the Moroccan banking sector.

Program Overview
The BMCI, in collaboration with the ISCAE Group, launched the Passerelles programme to boost the skills and career progression of its workforce. Designed as a reskilling and upskilling pathway, the initiative aligns employee competencies with the bank’s future business needs.
Selection and Training
Out of 104 applications received across two editions, 20 employees were chosen to join the five‑month certification track. The curriculum combined classroom learning, practical projects, and mentorship, delivering a comprehensive skill set tailored to banking functions.
Results
All 20 participants successfully passed the final assessment, resulting in a 100 % certification rate for the inaugural cohort. BMCI attributes this outcome to the high level of employee commitment, the quality of the training, and the bank’s commitment to fostering internal mobility.
