Revenue and Profit Momentum Build

At 30 June 2026, Fenie Brossette reported consolidated revenue of 432 million MAD, up 16% from 374 million MAD in H1 2025, confirming its multi-year growth trajectory.

Operating profit reached 19.8 million MAD, a modest 8% rise from 18.4 million MAD, reflecting both top-line expansion and better cost control.

Net Result and Financial Position

Consolidated net profit jumped 55% to 12.7 million MAD (versus 8.2 million MAD in H1 2025), aided by stronger performance at Fenie Brossette Maroc and favorable reclassifications linked to its Mauritanian subsidiary. The net financial position improved slightly to –3 million MAD from –3.3 million MAD.

Net debt stood at 99 million MAD, up from 59 million MAD at year-end 2025 due to working-capital needs, but stable versus mid-2025 levels.

Outlook and Strategic Moves

The group will focus on strengthening its core businesses, accelerating growth in new segments, and optimizing working capital. Fenie Brossette is also advancing the acquisition of the Sopriam Agadir automotive dealership, reinforcing its Stellantis partnership.
