Record Investor Participation in T2S Group IPO
The initial public offering (IPO) of T2S Group on the Casablanca Stock Exchange (CSE) sparked an overwhelming response from investors across Morocco and beyond. A total of 111,149 investors submitted orders for 215.8 million shares, while only 4,932,734 shares were made available, resulting in an average satisfaction rate of 2.29 %.
The offering was priced at MAD 223 per share and combined a capital increase of 1,569,506 new shares with a secondary sale of 3,363,228 existing shares. The subscription window ran from 13 to 17 July 2026.
Order Types and Allocation Details
- Order Type I attracted the bulk of demand, with MAD 46.86 billion subscribed. Investors requested over 210.14 million shares but received only 3,139,013 shares, yielding a low satisfaction rate of 1.49 %. This tranche involved 1,389 subscribers from 25 nationalities.
- Order Type II saw subscriptions worth nearly MAD 1.26 billion. A total of 5.67 million shares were requested, of which 1,793,721 were allocated, translating to a satisfaction rate of 31.62 %. This category attracted 109,760 investors representing 78 nationalities. All requests for the maximum of 17 shares per investor in this tranche were fully met.
Geographic Distribution of Subscriptions
Demand was concentrated in the Casablanca‑Settat region, which accounted for 54,833 participants and received 74.55 % of the allocated shares. The Rabat‑Salé‑Kénitra region followed with 18,052 subscribers (11.25 % of allocations), and the Fès‑Meknès region contributed 10,968 investors (4.09 %). Other regions such as Oriental, Tanger‑Tétouan‑Al Hoceïma, Marrakech‑Safi, and Souss‑Massa also registered notable participation.
Leadership Comments
During the debut ceremony, Abderraouf Sordo, founder and CEO of T2S Group Holding, described the IPO as the culmination of a 35‑year journey, highlighting the dedication of more than 400 employees. He pledged that the company will now fully honor the commitments made to its new shareholders and aims to expand health‑care infrastructure both in Morocco and the Sub‑Saharan region.
Nasser Seddiki, CEO of the Casablanca Stock Exchange, called the IPO "very good news" for the market, citing the involvement of over 110,000 subscribers and a demand that exceeded the offer by more than 43 times. He emphasized that such enthusiasm reflects growing confidence in the CSE as a growth partner for Moroccan companies.
