Eqdom Reports 10.4% Growth in Net Banking Income for H1 2026, Driven by Auto Financing
Moroccan consumer credit specialist Eqdom has delivered strong first-half 2026 results, with net banking income climbing 10.4% year-over-year to MAD 337.4 million. The financial institution's growth momentum was fueled by robust performance in automotive financing, which drove gross customer loans up 7.6% to MAD 12.24 billion by end-June. Net production reached MAD 1.953 billion, marking a 3.2% increase as the company continues executing its digital transformation strategy while maintaining prudent risk management practices.

Moroccan consumer finance company Eqdom has reported impressive growth figures for the first half of 2026, demonstrating the resilience and expansion of its lending operations across multiple segments.
Strong Revenue Performance
The financial institution achieved net banking income of MAD 337.4 million during the six-month period ending June 2026, representing a solid 10.4% increase compared to the MAD 305.5 million recorded in the same period of 2025.
Production and Loan Portfolio Growth
Net production for the period stood at MAD 1.953 billion, up from MAD 1.892 billion in H1 2025. This translates to a 3.2% year-over-year growth, adding MAD 61 million in additional volume.
The company's gross customer loan portfolio continued its upward trajectory, reaching MAD 12.24 billion by the end of June 2026, compared to MAD 11.376 billion at year-end 2025. This 7.6% expansion was primarily attributed to strong performance in the automotive financing segment, which remains a core growth driver for Eqdom.
Funding Structure Evolution
In line with business expansion, Eqdom's total debt increased to MAD 6.422 billion, marking a 6.3% rise from the MAD 6.041 billion recorded at the end of December 2025.
